Nurse Practitioners

Nurse Practitioners are experienced Practice Nurses that have completed further qualifications and training to allow them to independently prescribe medication. They are trained to assess and treat patients in much the same way a GP does. Nurse Practitioners will focus on treating minor illnesses & chronic diseases, freeing up our GPs to have more time to see people who have more complex illnesses.
