Dear patients
Following patient feedback and the results of the recent patient survey, we are now able to offer timed telephone appointments. This will mean that you will be given a time for your telephone appointment and the clinician will endeavour to call you within an hour either side of that time. There will be some situations where the clinician might call you outside of this window due to emergencies within the practice.
This will help you to be prepared for the call as well as minimise the number of failed encounters that our clinicians experience on a daily basis which in turn is costing the NHS a substantial cost in missed appointments.
We are also now booking one week ahead for routine appointments for ongoing medical issues. This will allow for continuity of care with the same clinician.
